"We were a group of 12 adults traveling from many different countries and meeting up in Seville. Deciding to use the help of Diane to help us organize our trip with the best choice we could have made.

Diane met with us before our trip to give us ideas of things we might want to do while enjoying our trip in Spain. She got to know what was important to us and found ways to include those activities for the whole group.

All of her recommendations were amazing. Before we even arrived at our lodgings, she had already stocked the kitchen with all of the highest quality essentials (ie.. foods, coffee, drinks) and had filled the rooms with beautiful flowers. We got married in Sevilla and stayed at Casa Estrella, and without question, one of the best decisions I made during wedding week, and the best vendor I hired was Hedoni.

We had 16 women and 5 young girls getting hair and makeup throughout the house all day, and Diane organized an incredible catering experience for us with less than two weeks' notice.

From the very beginning, she was responsive, organized, and reassuring.

The chef and staff she hired were professional, polite, and respectful. They arrived early in the morning while everyone in the house was still asleep and quietly got to work. Despite preparing and serving food throughout the day, we barely knew they were there except when they were delivering another beautiful spread of food.

Everything was seamless.

What truly sets Diane apart, however, is her energy.

She is calm, kind, thoughtful, and radiates joy. In the midst of the stress and excitement that comes with a wedding week, her presence was grounding and reassuring.

It is obvious that she genuinely loves what she does and finds fulfillment in helping her clients create meaningful experiences and memories that will last a lifetime.

The food was delicious, the service was exceptional, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations.

We started with a rough draft of things we wanted to do and along with your suggestions we came up with a wonderful itinerary to get a great feel for Seville on our first visit.

and it was the right choice. It's hard to know where to go, how to find good places to eat, drink and enjoy exclusive entertainment, especially with our busy schedules.

Hedoni provided fast, personalized and personalized service. Our main request during our initial consultation was to experience the gems (intimate, modern and inclusive settings) in the heart of Seville without falling into the tourist traps.

We especially appreciated the "24 hours in Seville" itinerary.
